The apartments are for two people, have a large terrace and a generous over 60 m² of living space. The floor plan, furnishings and facilities of the two apartments „Brugg“ and „Solder“ are identical. The full-height windows allow for a seamless transition from indoors to the magnificent surroundings, providing a modern, open living experience.
The "Schtreb" apartment, which was completed in summer 2022, is slightly larger than the other two and has its own special charm.
Great importance was attached to the use of natural materials inside the apartments: the plaster and paints are natural lime-based, the floor consists of high quality oak parquet, and the solid beam ceiling in the living area and the doors are made from untreated spruce and pine wood. The combination of untreated steel and glass integrating the old roof structure and the high-quality furnishings create an incomparable ambience, a tasteful living experience that reflects both tradition and modernity. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth, air conditioning ensures pleasant coolness on hot summer days and the controlled living room ventilation ensures fresh air.

The „Schtreb“ apartment impresses with its harmonious furnishings, the spacious terrace with panoramic views of the Ifinger and the spa town of Meran. The large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub is an experience. The bedroom has its own small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guests appreciate the special privacy of the apartment.
The generous kitchen-cum-living room in each apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and kettle. Tea towels, cloths and dish-washing detergents are also provided. On request we can also supply a table grill.
The apartments each have a large bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. The apartment "Schtreb" also has a bath tub. An infrared towel dryer ensures dry and pleasantly warm towels. Each apartment also has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, free wireless internet and a safe.
